The thesis deals with the problem of forming the professional image of industrial training masters of building profile in the process of professional training. The peculiarities of forming the professional image of industrial training masters of building profile in the process of professional training were studied. The essence of basic concepts is clarified. The structural components of the professional image of the masters of industrial training building profiles are defined. They are personal-intellectual, practical and active, social and image. The model of forming the professional image of industrial training masters of building profile in the process of professional training is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. The organizational and educational support for this process is worked out. It includes special course "Fundamentals of imagemaking" for teachers of special subjects, college staff, class teachers and representatives of student government; an optional course "The image of modern industrial training master of building profile" for students; methodical guidelines "Forming the professional image of industrial training masters of building profile in the process of professional training"). The results of experimental work proved the effectiveness of the model. It was confirmed by mathematical statistics methods.
