The dissertation is devoted to studying the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, the improvement of determine the severity of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome and the differentiated selection of prosthesis functions methods of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with craniocerebral traumas, combined with the trauma of bones of a skeleton, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome with signs of gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome. Based on advanced criteria of severity of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome, it is divided into three stages: compensated, subcompensated and decompensated. In patients with a craniocerebral trauma, combined with the trauma of bones of a skeleton, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome with manifestations of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome occurs abuse of motor-evacuation, suction, barrier function. In patients with a craniocerebral trauma, combined with the trauma of bones of a skeleton, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome with manifestations of the syndrome gastro-intestinal dysfunction, including in complex intensive care the usage of enteral nutrition by trimebutin maleate, intestinal oxygenation, peridural analgesia, rifaximin and fidaxomicin contributes to more rapid improvement of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, positively affect the homeostasis, which reduced mortality in compensated stage - by 4,1% subcompensated - by 2,7%, decompensated - 1,4%.
