The dissertation is devoted to studying the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, the improvement of determine the severity of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome and the differentiated selection of prosthesis functions methods of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with craniocerebral traumas, combined with the trauma of bones of a skeleton, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome with signs of gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome. Based on advanced criteria of severity of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome, it is divided into three stages: compensated, subcompensated and decompensated. In patients with a craniocerebral trauma, combined with the trauma of bones of a skeleton, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome with manifestations of gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome occurs abuse of motor-evacuation, suction, barrier function.
