Essay

Theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of the aesthetic worldview of the future teachers of fine arts has been done in the dissertation. The content of the phenomenon of "aesthetic worldview of the teacher of fine art" as integration person-oriented construct, which determines self-realization of the pedagogue as a subject of professional-pedagogical and artistic activity has been determined. Pedagogical conditions of this process have been revealed. The components of aesthetic worldview of the teacher of fine arts (person-oriented, practice-oriented and integrative) and the criteria of its formation of the students (personal, practical and professional) have been identified. The structural model of the formation of the aesthetic worldview of the future teachers of fine arts has been developed and grounded and its effectiveness has been proved.
