Essay

This thesis is based on the study of phenomenology and mechanisms of psychological protection, coping strategies and characteristics of adaptation in post-traumatic psychological disadaptation. Variants of its manifestations and the formation of its disadaptation mechanisms were determined and developed. The scheme of differentiated psychological correction and prevention of violations was proposed and approved. 2 types of the course of psychological disadaptation were determined based on the analysis of study results : "extrapuntively affective" that is dominated by symptoms of emotional sphere and " intrapunitively personal " predominantly with cognitive and behavioral manifestations on the background of emotional complaints. Behavioral manifestations and characteristics of the response were considered by combats as acquired positive qualities. A significant reduction in the effectiveness of the mechanisms of psychological protection, especially in "intrapunitively personal variant" was defined . A reduction in the productivity of cognitive, emotional and behavioral coping strategies was identified in disadaptation. It is shown that in "intrapunitively personal variant" of distress level, the severity of psychological disorders and the degree of disadaptation changes were much more significant. Analysis of aggregate data studies have shown the presence of two components in the structure of post-traumatic psychological disadaptation that have different origins and different roles in the formation of disadaptation. This are structures of new behavioral strategies namely post-traumatic disorders that is confirmed by the selected factors in the factor analysis. Typical changes in behavioral, emotional and cognitive spheres of personality correspond to each structure according the variant of disadaptation. The origins of installed PPD options are connected with peculiarities of upbringing and acquired life experience. The scheme of getting psychological correction in post stressed psychological disadaptation depending on the variant of disadaptation was proposed and approved . This allowed to overcome its manifestations and to prevent the transformation of clinically defined, nosological forms. Follow-up observations showed the effectiveness and sustainability of the changes.
