Teut V. Offshore environment ecological monitoring method by specialized vessels with adaptive control

A scientific and practical problem of improving ecological monitoring quality of offshore environment subject to increased anthropogenic load is solved in the dissertation by using specialized vessels with adaptive control to determine the area of hazardous substances by obtaining samples and their subsequent liquidation. During the scientific research an analytic expression for estimate and quality scale of offshore ecological monitoring was obtained to determine the pollution conditions. A scientific and methodological apparatus was proposed in the dissertation as a method of offshore ecological monitoring by a specialized vessel under conditions of hazardous substances propagation to determine the affected area. The unique feature of the proposed method is specialized vessel course correction by adaptive control system along the route with predefined dynamic accuracy, which provides for increased accuracy of sampling.
