Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement of the training efficiency of qualified female weightlifters of different groups of bodyweight categories in the preparatory period of the annual cycle. The model of kinematic and dynamic structure of technique of qualified female weightlifters was developed. It allows estimating individual parameters of speed, amplitude of movement and the force exerted onto the barbell performed by female athletes of different groups of bodyweight categories. We determined the average model characteristics in the technique of the second component the clean and jerk based on the research of the interconnection between biomechanical parameters of technique and competitive attempts performed by qualified female weightlifters depending on the groups on bodyweight categories, which includes the kinematic and dynamic technique structure, characterizing the exercise in different phases of its performance. A program to improve the clean and jerk technique of skilled female weightlifters within the preparatory period in the annual cycle is developed and justified considering the biomechanical characteristics and technical errors based on groups of bodyweight categories. Research results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed program, which gives grounds for it to be recommended to introducing into the training program in order to improve technical skills and competitive efficiency of the qualified female weightlifters.
