The thesis is devoted to a complex study of international legal features of law-making activity of international intergovernmental organizations in the current conditions of legal globalization and interstate integration. The paper considers conceptual approaches to the definition of the limitation of the law-making of international organizations, analyzes the features of law-making as a key element of international personality, which directly characterizes the subject’s ability to realistically implement rights and obligations in international legal relations.
