Essay

The theoretical analysis of the content and structure of the state of adaptation and disadaptation of the personality and the properties of motivational-semantic sphere in the context of the problem of adaptation-maladaptation. An empirical study of the state of adaptation of servicemen who took part in anti-terrorist operations, in afterextreme period. The correlation between the state of adaptation in afterextreme period with features of motivational-semantic sphere of personality of serviceman who took part in antiterrorist operation. It is established that the state of adaptation of the military personnel participating in antiterrorist operation, due to the persistence of life meanings and the coherence of terminal values, and the extreme integration of meaningful experience in the system of vital meanings and values in normal conditions. Developed the main directions, forms and methods of work of the psychologist by a gradual transition from psychological rehabilitation of combatants to his post-traumatic stress adaptation and the psychotechnologies of the work with the combatants and members of their families conserning afterextreme adaptation to civilian life.
