The dissertation is devoted to the study of the concept and constitutional and legal mechanism of ensuring the human right to development of one's personality. Comprehensive review of the origins of the theory of human rights for development; for the first time author's definition of the concept of human rights for the development of his personality is given, which suggests to understand the inalienable personality and legal guarantees guaranteed by the law of the real possibilities of a person to realize their own potential in the course of active, free and constructive participation and assistance in the creation and consolidation of just and equitable peace and security, in a comprehensive economic, political, social and cultural development and equitable distribution, create In the course of their lives, in ensuring the protection of the environment in order to meet their own needs and in the interests of all, including future generations, without any discrimination on grounds of sex, ethnicity, culture, religion, economic or other status, etc. The author's position on the content of the human right to development, which is revealed through the conceptual concept of "human development" and normative - "right to development", is substantiated.
