Object - the process of developing communicative activity in children of preschool age with severe speech disorders. Purpose - theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of the algorithm of developing communicative activity in nonverbal children of preschool age by means of innovative technologies. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and the novelty - the concept of "neurologopedic diagnostics" in relation to severe speech impediments for nonverbal children of preschool age has been defined. The algorithm for the development of the activity under study has been worked out. The application of innovative technologies for correction of disphasia has been justified. The effectiveness of the suggested algorithm has been verified and proved experimentally in accordance with the worked out criteria. The theory and praсtice of complex correction of severe speech disorders in the system of medico-psycho-pedagogical assistance nonverbal children of preschool age has acquired firther development. Practical results - development of neurologopedic diagnostic of children of preschool age with severe speech disorders and guidelines "Differential diagnosis of severe speech disorders in children of preschool age". The degree of implementation is high. The field (area of application) - pedagogical, preschool educational establishments, higher educational establishments.
