Ivanovska N. Project "Mystetskyi Arsenal" in the Time Space of Ukrainian Culture at the Beginning of the XXI Century.

The scientific problem of the presented research is a theoretical substantiation of the content of socio-cultural design in the field of art, the conceptualization of the "Mystetskyi Arsenal" project as a model for the formation of the postmodern artistic space and the world image of Ukraine at the beginning of the XXI century and the actualization of interactive technologies of the presentation of domestic and world art in transnational projects. The concept of time space as the theoretical paradigm of building and designing of national culture and art of transitional periods, in particular postmodern Ukraine of the beginning of the XXI century, is determined. It is substantiated that the time space of culture is a specific form of being of social time space and is characterized by the implementation of cultural activity, the object and subject of which is a person. Spatial and temporal categories, ideological and philosophical representations about space and time become the key to understanding the peculiarities of the cultural era. It has been proved that socio-cultural design in the modern period, which is called Postmodern time, undergoes substantial changes in accordance with the main culturological tendencies and scientific paradigms of the epoch. In the dissertation it is noted that postmodern cultural project is an element of a peculiar rhizome consisting of a mosaic variety of individual, social and artistic practices, which in their multifaceted unity form a complex palette of self-realization of society, individual and culture. The dissertation describes the modern Ukrainian socio-cultural situation, which is a "transition in transition", because it is included in the processes of a larger scale. Placements of postmodernism, which declared itself in a situation of a historical breakthrough, were consistent with the socio-cultural situation in Ukraine itself. It is proved that the project "Mystetskyi Arsenal" today - a large-scale cultural events that the years of active work gathered several million visitors. Projects of complex events become significant cultural life, those determine its further development in the field of art, artistic culture and spirituality. In the following studies, this direction of socio-cultural design has broad prospects, in particular as one of the means of developing a dialogue of cultures in a global context, creating a pan-art global esteosphere.
