Essay

The complex analysis of the subject arrangement of the interior of the Ukrainian Carpathians (Lemkos, Bojkos and Hutsuls) has been made, its common features and local features have been clarified. The subject of the research is the national housing of Ukrainians of the Eastern Carpathians. For the first time, the study of the interior of Ukrainian national housing in the Carpathians was carried out on the principle of its functional and structural organization; the most characteristic features of folk furniture were established and their scientific classification was made; the dynamics of improvement of the internal arrangement of the living space of Ukrainians of the Eastern Carpathians in the context of the development of the heating system during the 19th - the first half of the 20th century was observed.
