Bobkova O. Medico-social substantiation of the prevention improvement of diseases of adolescents in "clinics friendly to youth"

The dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific problem - the scientific substantiation of the model of improvement of prevention of diseases in adolescents on the basis of a friendly approach intersectoral and interdisciplinary integration.The model of improvement of medical care for adolescents on the basis of a friendly approach and intersectoral and interdisciplinary integration was substantiated, developed and implemented, the central component of which is the multilevelness of clinics / cabinets of youth-friendly with vertical and horizontal, structural and organizational integration between institutions subordinated to different ministries. The proposed innovations do not foresee significant structural and organizational changes and additional budget financing, which allows them to be used in other regions of Ukraine.
