It consists of 2,600 items, parts and fragments, representing the main types of weapons and equipment of the Roman army. Items of Roman military equipment from the sanctuary are divided into five chronological groups, reflecting the evolution of the development of Roman military uniform, and are correlating with historical events in the I century BC - I century AD in the Black Sea region - the Mithridatic Wars, the Roman military actions of the second half of the I century BC - the first half of I century AD held in the Northern Black Sea region, are attesting the active military and political role of the tribal elite of the Mountain Taurica in the historical development of the Northern Black Sea region during the Roman military and political influence in the region in the I century BC - I century AD.
