Essay

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of the problem of preparation of future teachers of philological specialities to professional activity in innovation educational environment. Worked out scientific literature from problems of research in this thesis, in a result of comparative content analysis of content the concepts of "readiness to professional activity" and "professional competence" is proved their relationship and defines of the purpose of preparation of future teachers of philological specialities to professional activity in innovation educational environment - the formation of innovative competence. The preparation of future teachers of philological specialities based on the principles of innovation paradigm is grounded in it. Components, criteria and levels of innovation competence of future teachers of philological specialties for professional activity in innovation educational environment are formed on base of analysis the source basis are determined. Theoretically grounded and experimentally examined of pedagogical conditions of preparation of teachers of philological specialities to professional activity in the innovation educational environment. Developed and inculcated of model the preparation of teachers of philological specialties for professional activity in innovation educational environment, proved it effectiveness. The result of preparation students of philological departments to professional activity in an innovative educational environment is the formation of innovative competence; it ensures a high level of readiness of the future teachers of philological specialities to the profession activity is determined in it. Described of gradual preparation of future teachers of philological specialities to professional activity in innovation educational environment and determined the most effective forms and methods of conducting lectures, seminars and practical lessons. The results of preparation of future teachers of philological specialities to professional activity in innovation educational environment depend from principles of its organization (systemically and consistency; professional orientation; personal activity, diversification; information education; saturation and variety of educational environment, contextual learning), its influence on the choice of pedagogical technologies are reveled. "Readiness of teachers to the professional activity in innovative educational environment" as a complex integrative informing personality, the essence of which consists interaction of motivational orientation, content-operational and reflective-evaluative components; "innovative competence of teachers of philological specialties" - personal informing, it should include of external structure (goal, means, object, subject, result) and internal (motivation, content, operations) components of innovation activity are determined . Components of innovation competence of future teachers of philological specialties are formed.
