Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to a formation problem of a technological culture of the future teachers of generally technical subjects in the development of professional competence. The scholarly literature of the researching problem is considered in dissertation, definition of concepts "culture" and "pedagogical technologies", which have been starting to use in the first part of XX cent. and have been extended in the end of XX-beginning XXI cent.. It is proved, that the culture has been changing in the every historical level of a society development (mythological, cosmological, anthropological, technological). It is determined, that modern technological culture deals with rational knowledge, is a progressive consequence and transform the world around us, one of the type of universal culture, part of the professional pedagogical culture of the teacher and the basis of technological competence of future teachers. At the same time, technological culture is not only social but also personal formation using reflection and rethinking values its own life. The technological culture of future teachers of general technical subjects is identified in a study as integral personal formation resulting from the internalization of values, education, knowledge, ethical behavior and educational technology, which is characterized by formation of technological skills and abilities, creative transforming activity of students. The structure of the studied phenomenon is represented by the totality of the following components: value and motivation - personality value orientation for solving professionally-technological tasks, personal value consciousness desire to self-education and self-developing, focus on trans forming productive activities; cognitive-operating - formation of technological knowledge, the ability to use different sources of technological information, ownership algorithms of implementation processes; organizational and activity - formation of ethnological skills, availability of organizational skills, emotional stability, ability to design their professional activities; moral and creativity - the ability to evaluate their activities in accordance with the cultural norms of behavior; ability to creatively solve the technological problems in unusual circumstances profession. According to the structural components of the studied phenomenon there are described three levels of technological culture of future teachers of general technical disciplines during training (creative and technological (high), adaptive-heuristic (Intermediate), regulatory and reproductive (low).
