Sheremetevа S. Preparation of the future teachers of technology for teaching activities in after-school education

The thesis is devoted to the issue of future technology teachers training to equip them to teach activities in after-school education. Historical and pedagogical foundations of preparation of future teachers of technology for teaching activities, the analysis of after-school educational activities in schools were considered. The content of training future teachers of technology to educational activities was determined, forms and methods of training future teachers of technology for teaching activities in the after-school establishments were developed, the componenents to improve the quality of future teachers of technology were reviewed. The method for improving the quality of training of future teachers of technology to educational activities, which is based on structural-component analysis of indicators of student academic achievements has been developed with the level of the developing of professional competence as selected evaluation criteria according to the following indicators: knowledge, practical, and motivational.
