Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of issues of improving the professional competence of the future economists in colleges when studying mathematical disciplines. The structural components of such competence are distinguished: epistemological, active, personal-reflexive. The criteria for the formation of professional mathematical competence (cognitive, operational, behavioural) and the levels of their formation (familiarization, basic and professional) have been determined and improved. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional mathematical competence of the future specialists of the economic profile have been determined and theoretically substantiated. The structural-functional model of such a process has been worked out.
