The object is the professional training of future feldshers in the medical college. The purpose is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the research competence of future feldshers in the process of studying biological disciplines. Novelty - the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the research competence of future feldshers, its essence and structure were first discovered and theoretically substantiated. The scientific and pedagogical provisions of the organization of professional training of future feldshers on the basis of a research approach in the medical college further developed.
