Essay

The object of study – processes of growth and development of winter wheat plants and patterns of yield formation and grain quality depending on the use of seed crops. The purpose - to study the peculiarities of the formation of grain productivity of winter wheat using winter cabbage and legumes (rape, mustard and vika) as siderates. Methods - Scientific methods of analysis and synthesis: field, experiment, laboratory, comparative, hypothesis, modeling, statistical and calculation methods. The result - an optimal level of mineral nutrition and timing of winter wheat sowing was determined after rearing of sideral cultures. It was established that when growing winter wheat after winter rape, winter mustard and winter wiki for siderat, the highest yield, respectively, is 6,27; 6,06 and 6,31 t per ha, as well as the level of profitability of production – 155,2; 147,7 and 156,5% provides seeding in the middle of the third decade of September (25–28 September) with the introduction of the background mineral fertilizer N30P30K30. Novelty - agrotechnical methods of growing winter wheat for grain after winter cabbage and leguminous cultures, as siderates; their role in formation of grain productivity of culture in comparison with black steam in the conditions of northern steppe of Ukraine is clarified. Sector - agriculture.
