Prokhorov M. The role of international organizations in the formation of the media as a development factor of the civil society of the Poland Republic.

The latest experience of institutional influence of the Council of Europe and the EU on creation and functioning of Polish mass media is described. It was revealed that the development tendencies appeared unevenly in different periods under the influence of external factors - foreign policy orientations of Poland. It has been shown that international organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, provide normative, organizational, financial assistance to support the media sphere of Poland both at the information and technical levels. Priority directions of EU conceptual projects are to ensure the development of information and communication technologies of the international competitive advantages of an individual country and to optimize the ways of internal development, information strategy.
