Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological conditions and peculiarities of the development of personality asensitivity in adolescence. The structurally-dynamic model of the development of personality's assertiveness is theoretically substantiated and empirically proved. It is established that the system-forming phenomenological factors of asertivity are the systemic interaction of subjectivity and empathy as an integrative personality. It is shown that the assertiveness of the empathic personality is a dynamic system that has a complex hierarchical structure and manifests itself at the affective, cognitive, connative, subjective and ideological levels. The data on the peculiarities of the development of the personality's asteriosity during the early and mature adolescence was recieved: age and gender. The empirical model of empathic subjectivity is constructed, based on which the system of empathic-oriented types of assertiveness functions: sympathizing, passive-empathy, constructive, personality-semantic, empathy. The program of personality-empathy regulation of the development of the assertiveness of the personality of the early adolescence was developed and successfully tested. It is proved that the basis of the development of the phenomenon, its empathy determination is the actualization of the specific interaction of equivalent psychological mechanisms of empathy and components of assertiveness, as well as their common individual psychological Correlates.
