Essay

The dissertation researched a topical problem of the forming reflexive skills of future music teachers in the process of piano training. Reflective skills of future music teachers are defined as a complex, dynamic, integral personal-professional meta-formation. It is manifested in the conscious possession of ways of self-analysis, self-esteem, and correction of the results of performing and pedagogical activity, through critical comparison with the formed individual professional-interpretational complexes in the process of reconstructing professional experience. Reflexive skills provide ther eflective position of subjects, actualization their personal value and intellectual resources to achieve personal and professional acme. The structure of the explored phenomenon consists of analytically-identifying, emotional-regulatory, interpretive-paradigmatic and correction-strategic components. The dissertation scientifically substantiates the pedagogical conditions, principles, criteria and levels of the forming reflexive abilities of future music teachers in the process of piano training. Author’s method of forming reflexive skills of future music teachers was created and tested by experiment, which proved the effectiveness of author’s methods.
