Serman T. Preparation of future specialists in physical education and sports for the organization of sports leisure for students in the aquatic centers

The training of the future specialists in physical education and sports in the organization of sports leisure for students in the aquatic centers was studied. In the thesis for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for the training of future specialists in physical education and sports for the organization of sports leisure for the students in the aquatic centers are identified, substantiated and experimentally tested, to which are referred: filling the content of the professional training of the future specialists in physical education and sports with the tasks related to the formation of a healthy lifestyle for students; formation of the value relationship of the future specialists in physical education and sport for holding sports and art festivals in the conditions of the aquatic centers; development of managerial qualities of the future specialists in physical culture and sports in the process of conducting practices; taking into account the features of the management of physical education, sports and physical culture in the context of the future professional activities. Has been clarified the essence of the concepts «training the future specialists in physical education and sport in the organization of sports leisure for students in the aquatic centers» and «readiness of the future specialists in physical education and sports in the organization of sports leisure for students in the aquatic centers»; the structural components of the readiness of the future specialist in physical education and sports in the organization of sports leisure for students in the aquatic centers are described.
