In the dissertation the formation of professional competence of the future experts in fitness and recreation using information and communication technologies was studied. It revealed theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of formation of the professional competence of the future experts in fitness and recreation with the use of information and communication technologies (creating information-rich educational environment of higher educational institution; subject-subject interaction between teachers and students in the use of active learning methods; attracting future experts in fitness and recreation in the Internet communication in Internet environment with teachers, students and professionals in the field of fitness activities and recreation and wellness activities, the development in the course of educational and production practice of a sustainable needs of future professionals in fitness and recreation of professional competence in the field of the fitness activities and recreational and wellness activities). The author has developed the model of forming professional competence of future experts in fitness and recreation using information and communication technologies. The criteria, indicators and levels of the formation of professional competence of future experts in fitness and recreation are specified.
