Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental study of the problem of future teachers' readiness forming to apply multimedia educational systems in elementary school. The study considers multimedia educational systems as a scientific and pedagogical problem. The theoretical aspects future initial level specialists' of education readiness for the application of multimedia educational systems are substantiated. The experience of foreign countries in the field of multimedia training future specialists' in the educational domain is highlighted. The leading scientific approaches to the problem of future teachers' readiness to use multimedia educational systems formation are determined. The structural components of the future primary school teachers' readiness for the use of multimedia educational systems and namely: motivational, operational-activity and reflexive-correction one are developed and scientifically substantiated. The criteria and indicators of the prepared readiness are determined. Thus, four levels of its formation are pointed out. They are initial, medium, sufficient and high. On the basis of scientific works analysis and the application of expert assessment, pedagogical conditions as a set of organizational provisions that provide future teachers' effective training in a definite direction are determined. The model of future teachers' readiness formation for application of multimedia educational systems in elementary school (such as purpose, tasks, principles, content, forms and methods, result) has been developed.
