Solodovnyk O. Formation of readiness of future junior specialists with medical education to professional self-improvement in the process of professional training

In the research paper the author analyzes current state of the problem of forming the readiness of future junior specialists with medical education to professional self-improvement in the process of professional training in psychological and pedagogical literature, together with the practice of medical colleges. The content and structure of the studied readiness are characterized. The author's model and methodology of forming the readiness of future junior specialists with medical education to professional self-improvement in the process of professional training with the help of step-by-step methodology was introduced to the educational process of the medical college. It is proved, that the effectiveness of the developed model is provided by introducing creative management and organizational conditions, the use of modern information and communication technologies in particular, together with the creation of an innovative educational environment and the improvement of the professionalism of teachers and medical teachers.
