The results of the study showed that the development of situational helplessness promotes liberal and undemocratic management styles, reduced self-esteem and neuromuscular stability. In particular, situational helplessness is more likely to be characteristic of workers who are unable to plan a solution to the problem, need social support and have a service life of up to five years. The development of personal helplessness is facilitated by an authoritarian style of management, dissatisfaction with work, low adaptability, poor orientation in time, low creativity and autonomy, inability to plan a solution to a problem and a negative assessment of oneself and his actions. In particular, personal helplessness is more characteristic of workers whose seniority is more than five years.
