Essay

The technology of development of civil competency of future officers was substantiated and experimentally proved. The essence of the definition of "civil competence of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine" was determined and the components of civil competency of future officers were specified. The issues of interaction between higher military educational establishments of the NGU and the higher educational establishments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the course of civil education of servicemen, development of the influence of self-government in civilian and military higher educational establishments on the civil formation of the personality of a future officer have been developed.
