Object of research: organizational and economic mechanism of providing of ecological safety of road economy. The purpose of the research: the development of theoretical foundations, the improvement of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring environmental safety of the road economy. Methods and apparatus: analysis, synthesis, logical generalization, method of correlation-regression analysis, principal component method, deterministic complex estimation method, linear normalization, system analysis, software Microsoft Excel 2016 and Stata 13. Theoretical and practical results: the main provisions of the dissertation are brought to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations that can be used in practical activities when forming the organizational and economic support of environmental safety of road enterprises. Novelty: An ecological and economic approach to the definition of the "road fatigue" indicator is proposed; the scientific-methodical approach to the determination of the magnitude of environmental and economic damage from environmental pollution by road enterprises is improved; scientific and methodical approach to the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring environmental safety of the road economy; the structural-logical essence of the concept "ecological and economic safety of road economy" got further development; received further development of scientific and methodological bases for the development of the environmental passport of roads of the III class.
