The dissertation is devoted to the research of conditions, factors, regularities of development and mechanisms of corporate venture business in the USA.In the dissertation a comprehensive analysis of concepts of corporate venture capital is provided, the content of corporate venturing is determined and the determinants of its efficiency are summarized. The universal model of venture business of corporations is offered. The venture strategies of leading technological corporations and key mechanisms of their implementation are considered. The retrospective of the evolution of corporate venturing and the waves of its development are investigated.
