Shpyta O. Medical and social justification model of primary health care in infectious and parasitic diseases

The object is organization of primary medical treatment during infectious and parasitic diseases; the aim is to prove scientifically the model of primary medical treatment of infectious diseases in terms of the implementation of the strategy to reform the system of providing medical care to the population of Ukraine; the methods are: the method of system approach, bibliosemantic method, sociological, medical and statistical method, method of descriptive modeling, method of expert assessments and method of natural experiment; the results: for the first time in Ukraine the combined study of the morbidity of the population with infectious diseases was made; the scope of primary medical treatment of these diseases was established on the regional level; the standards of the medical staff's training and provision with material and technical resources were analyzed; the methodology of differentiation between the volume of primary medical treatment and specialized one was worked out; functional and organization model of primary medical treatment of the patients with infectious diseases was scientifically proved; the medical effectiveness of this model adoption in the healthcare system of Ukraine was estimated; the field is medicine.
