Essay

Based on the generalization of the views of scientists and analysis of the educational normative-legal base, it has been established that methodological culture is a condition for the effectiveness of the teacher's activity of the elementary school teacher, and its formation requires the improvement of existing content, forms and methods of vocational training in the system of higher education, which is conditioned by the reform processes in Ukraine . The problem of the formation of a methodological culture of future teachers of elementary school was studied by us from the standpoint of scientific approaches: cultural; axiological systemic; competent; person-activity approaches.
