Essay

In the dissertation presented the theoretical generalization and solving of the scientific problem concerning of bioelectrical features of the dynamics of early postdenervation spinal hyperreflexia and the influence on it of glucocorticoids and testosterone. In the scientific work was used a set of electrophysiological, morphological and statistical methods. The theoretical significance is the study of the early (up to 10th day) dynamics of changes in bioelectric activity of the neurons of the spinal cord and changes of it under the influence of testosterone and prednisolone. The obtained results can be used to find ways and means of correction of motor disorders characteristic of compression neuropathy of the sciatic nerve, trauma of extremities with persistent neurological disorders.
