Essay

The object is the professional training of future teachers of pre-school education institutions in a higher education institution.The goal is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a professional culture of future teachers of pre-school education institutionsin the process of professional training.Novelty - for the first time, pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional culture of future teachers of pre-school education institutions in the process of vocational training have been identified and justified. The theory and methodology of professional training of future teachers of pre-school education institutionswas given to further development. Results - diagnostic and experimental methods for the formation of a professional culture of future teachers of pre-school education institutions in the process of professional training have been developed and experimentally tested;a training module "Foundations of the formation of a professional culture of future teachers of pre-school education institutions" was developed within the framework of the educational discipline "Pedagogy Preschool";the program of the pedagogical coterie "Practical aspects of the formation of the professional culture of future teachers of pre-school education institutions". The efficiency of implementation is high.Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
