Essay

The data we have received show that the posture disturbances of the football players of 7-9 years have special importance because their presence in combination with excessive physical activity during the formation and growth of the organism of children can lead to the development of the pathological conditions and diseases of the spine. In the course of research, scientific facts have been confirmed that deviation of the angles of the biogeometric profile of the posture violates the highly differentiated general structure of the axial skeleton of young football players. Based on the obtained data, we have proposed ways to increase the effectiveness of the training process of young players for improving its health of the forming direction. The obtained results are the basis of the technology of the disturbances correction of the football players at the stage of initial training. The structural elements of technology are: purpose, tasks, principles, means and methods, models of the training sessions, modules for its practical implementation and also multimedia information and methodological system "TORSO". The technology of the correction of the posture disturbances of the football players at the stage of initial training consists of three modules - control, correction module and theoretical module. The developed corrective exercises were divided into blocks: "Corrective", "Preventive", "Dynamic posture", "Vertical stability of the body", "Mobile games and relay" and "Stretching". The conducted pedagogical experiment has confirmed the effectiveness of the technology of the correction of the posture disturbances of the football players which gives us all grounds to the recommend it for using in the process of sports training. The conducted research does not claim to exhaustively examine of all aspects of the considered problem. The prospect of further research is to develop a technology for the prevention of the support-resilient properties violations of the foot players at the stage of preliminary basic training.
