Essay

Object of research - technology of manufacturing curvilinear elements of furniture products made of fibrous plates. Purpose - to develop a technology of the formation the curved elements of furniture products using fibrous plates, to justify the choice of individual parameters and process modes. Methods - experimental researches and tests in accordance with the developed techniques; mathematical statistics for checking statistical hypotheses and analyzing the results of experimental studies; method according to the central bend of the rod for the development of a mathematical model; the method of bending in the nonlinearity of stresses (the discrepancy of Hooke's law) and the method of calculating structures at the boundary states for the implementation of models; Approximation and interpolation methods for the processing of experimental data; object-oriented programming to create software. Academic novelty. Has developed a new direction of manufacturing curvilinear elements from thin fibrous slabs, the usage of which allows the formation of curvilinear elements, which in their qualitative indices are not inferior to those produced by existing technologies. Are obtained minimal radii of bending for fibrous slabs of different thicknesses. Has been established the influence of moisture and the optimal exposure time to the formation of bent-loop elements. For the first time, have been defined new mathematical dependencies, describing the amount of effort required for the formation of curvilinear elements from fibrous plates and the choice of bending equipment. Practical importance. The practical importance of the results of the work is to develop methods for determining the minimum radius of bending and shape resistance. As a result of the research, were offered new technological and structural solutions to devices for bending and pressing of bent-cell elements. An algorithm is developed and a program for determining the permissible radii is implemented, depending on the number of layers of plates, thickness and moisture. The results of the dissertation work were introduced at PP "Dogma" (Lviv, Lubinskaya St. 92) for the execution of projects and the manufacture of furniture products (Act of 07.24.2014) and PP "Theodor" (village Ulychne Drohobych district, act dated 19.05.2015). Branch of usage: woodworking industry.
