The scientific work is devoted to the solution of the current issue of modern obstetrics and gynecology - reducing the frequency of preterm labor in women with benign abnormalities of the cervix in the history by optimizing diagnostic and therapeutic tactics. The features of the clinical course of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and perinatal periods in women with benign abnormal pathology of the cervix in the history have been investigated. The peculiarities of the formation of the functional state of the fetoplacental complex and the relationship between the clinical, microbiological, and echographic aspects of the functioning of the "mother-placenta-fetus" system in women with this disease in history are also established. The cytological, colposcopic characteristics of benign cervical pathology and peculiarities of the microbiocenosis of the genital tract in pregnant women with benign cervical pathology in the history are established, as well as a scientifically substantiated set of treatment and prophylactic measures aimed at improving perinatal effects. The results of the study are presented in three sections of their own research. Presented data of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in 100 pregnant women with benign abnormalities of the cervix in the history. The emphasis is on the study of anamnestic data, which showed a high incidence of inflammatory gynecological diseases in the patients under investigation, which caused serious reproductive problems. It has been shown that in women with benign abnormal cervical pathology there was a combination of several complications of gestational process and a high level of complications of ancestral act with increasing frequency of operative delivery and corresponding perinatal consequences. The violation of important parameters of both instrumental and biochemical methods of studying the fetal-placental system in women of the group of comparisons was established.
