The dissertation is devoted to the study of the world securities market global determinants on the basis of the author's conceptual approach, which includes: identification of criteria, selection of models of market corporate behavior, periodization of the genesis of relations and mechanisms in the field of securities. The global determinants of the development of securities markets are characterized by a comprehensive determinative impact that is objective. Among them are digitalization and virtualization, instrumental diversification, comprehensive institutionalization, regulatory unification, crisisness and turbulence. A comprehensive research of securities markets' global determinants is carried out on basis of the systems of factors: fundamental, informational, technological, organizational and regulatory. Improved periodization of the development of securities markets in the world economy. In researching today's challenges of the world securities market, the directions of their neutralization were proposed. As a result of the analysis, the author presents proposals for infrastructure and regulatory adjustments of the parameters of the domestic financial system for its successful integration into the global financial space.
