The dissertation is devoted to the study of the patterns, conditions and factors of international investment in public-private partnership projects in the format for achieving the global goals of sustainable development. The dissertation analyzes the intention of scientific thought about the essence of PPP, identifies the concept of public-private partnership project, and investigates the methodological variability of PPP models, the modern factors and conditions of PPP development in the format of reorientation of international investment in sustainable development were identified and characterized. Taking into account the world practice of international investment in public-private partnership projects in the context of social orientation of economies, it identifies advantages and risks and outlines approaches to the development of models of international investment in PPP projects in a number of countries around the world. The stratification of countries by the degree of PPP development is proposed. The algorithm of the financial-investment mechanism of the PPP. The ways of phased construction of a workable mechanism for achieving the balance of state and private investment motivations depending on the stages of PPP maturity are revealed, the concepts to the estimation of the efficiency of mechanisms of international investment in public-private partnership projects are analyzed, the key points of growth of the national economy on the basis of PPP are characterized.
