Object of research - the process of professional training of the future technology and drawing teachers; the subject of research is an experimental method of formation the professional competence of future technology and drawing teachers; the aim of the research is theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the professional competence of future technology teachers and drawings by means of design and research way to verify the effectiveness of their implementation in the teaching and educational process in the higher pedagogical school; the basis of our study was the hypothesis that the process of forming the professional competence of future technology and drawing teachers will be effective if it is implemented for specially developed system of work, which is based on pedagogical conditions of formation of the investigated phenomenon, namely: 1) accounting features of the creative technical learning environment; 2) promotion accumulation of technical and technological knowledge of future teachers at the expense of formation of operational and technological fund; 3) stimulation of design-technical thinking of future technology and drawing teachers in the process designing; 4) use of moderation technology as a means of formation professional competence and design tools in future technology and drawing teachers; methods of pedagogical research, adequate to its purpose and tasks: theoretical: theoretical analysis and generalization of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, methodical and educational-methodical literature, methods of theoretical forecasting for comparison and comparison of different approaches to the chosen problem, definition of its theoretical foundations and conceptual- categorical apparatus, detection of experimental results work, further determining the dynamics of the formation of a professional the competence of the future teacher; empirical: sociological survey (questionnaires, conversations, interviews) students, teachers of departments, teachers, as well as methods of self-evaluation, expert evaluation, scaling, ranking, polar profile method with purpose of specification of criteria, indicators and levels of professional formation the competence of future technology and drawing teachers; pedagogical monitoring, testing, control, design and creative work for determining the levels of formation of professional competence of the future teachers; pedagogical experiment aimed at clarification the effectiveness of the molds developed; statistical: Fisher's criterion, Х 2 -Pearson criterion for the purpose quantitative and qualitative analysis of experimental data evaluation results, checking statistical hypotheses, determining the significance of the received results; scientific novelty of the research is that: for the first time a model of formation was developed and scientifically substantiated the professional competence of future technology teachers and drawing design tools; the technology of its realization in the process is developed the study of professional disciplines, built on the compliance pedagogical conditions (taking into account the peculiarities of creative technical training environment; promotion of the accumulation of technical and technological knowledge in future technology teachers and drawing through the formation operational and technological fund; stimulation of design and engineering thinking of future technology teachers and drawing in the design process; use of moderation technology as a means of forming a professional the competence of future technology teachers and drawing tools designing); the criteria (value-motivational, cognitive-functional, creatively-transformative and activity-productive) and indicators of professional competence of future technology teachers and drawings, levels of its formation (low, average, sufficient, high); further development of the forms and means of professionalism preparing the future teacher of technology and drawing in light competent approach.
