Essay

In the thesis the research findings on the problem of social partnership in vocational education in Ukrainian and foreign studies and the documents of international organizations have been analyzed. It has been emphasized that the cooperation aims at ensuring the long-term interaction between all social partners (pupils, students, parents, teaching staff, scholars, trade unions, employers, employment centers, leaders of vocational education institutions, state officials, relevant ministries and international organizations) in order to establish a competitive, flexible and dynamic system of vocational education and promote economic stability and development of the country. The sociopolitical, organizational and pedagogical preconditions and peculiarities of social partnership development in vocational education in Germany and Austria have been specified. In the thesis, legal enforcement (federal and regional regulatory documents) of social partnership in vocational education of Austria and Germany has been considered.
