Essay

The feasibility of professional and pedagogical training at Master's level of higher education in present-day conditions was justified. It was concluded that professional and pedagogical training of agronomist-researchers at agricultural universities was a well-regulated, holistic and dynamic process grounded on the unity of psychologic and pedagogic, methodological, research and self-education components. The process facilitates the strengthening of motivation among agronomist-researchers as for their training and obtaining knowledge, learning skills in order to carry out teaching activities and professional and personal development.
