Object of the research - the process of professional trainings of future teachers of physical education; subject of the research - pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness for professional self-development of future teachers of physical education; purpose of the research: theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future teachers of physical education; with the view of solving the formulated objectives, the complex of interrelated theoretical and empirical methods of pedagogical research are utilized in the research: theoretical: studying, analyzing and collation of scientific literature for insight into the state of the problem under study, systematizing, comparing, generalizing of the obtained scientific and theoretical data; empirical: observing, questioning, method of independent estimation for identifying the level of formation of readiness for professional self- development of future teachers of physical education, pedagogical experimenting ad hoc checking the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future teachers of physical education; methods of mathematical statistics for processing the results of the experimental work; scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research is: for the first time the pith of the phenomenon of "readiness for professional self-development of future teachers of physical education" is determined as the integration characteristic of a professionally mature person capable of conscious and independent setting up of the proper assignments, of successfully carrying out professional activities as well as of improving professional skills; the criteria of formation of the concept under study are defined and explained: pedagogical orientation, independence and professional maturity; the pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness for professional self-development of future teachers of physical education are substantiated and experimentally verified: interdisciplinary integration within the trainings of future teachers of physical education; motivation for self-development of future teachers of physical education; independent work of future teachers of physical education by means of information and communication technologies.
