Essay

The thesis describes the essence and peculiarities of using the information technologies as the necessary condition of the professional training of marketing specialists in the modern information society. The basic components of IT are defined and substantiated: the information outlook, and IT competence. The psychological and pedagogical principles of formation of informational competence of future marketing specialists are analyzed, a number of positive and negative factors of using the computer technology and information technologies are revealed. The prerequisites of effective building of IT of future marketers at different levels of education management are revealed, and the corresponding pedagogical model is developed on the basis of the systemic, personally oriented, activity and competence approaches. The analysis of the aspects of creation of the developing informational and educational environment of the formation of IT of future marketing specialists (application of innovative forms of training, the availability of electronic teaching aids, the organization of independent work of students using information technology, work on information retrieval tasks, etc.) is presented. The necessity of using the innovative forms of training is emphasized; the modern educational and methodological support; an organization of independent work of students in the informational and educational environment for the formation of their IT. The research determines that the IT of the future marketing specialist consists of four levels (low, sufficient, medium, and high) and depends on the degree of its information competence.
