Essay

In the thesis has been resolved the actual applied-science task concerning preliminary preparation of candidates for a new generation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - Special Operations Forces (SOF) in order to form a sufficient level of their physical preparedness, functional readiness, health status for successful participation in the qualifying tests and performing assignments after completing the exercises in the higher military educational institution (HMEI). The main results of the work consist in the scientific substantiation of the methodology for increasing the functional state and physical preparedness of the HMEI cadets as the main prospective contingent of candidates for enrollment in the SOF subdivisions. Has been researched the level of physical preparedness and functional state of cadets of the HMEI, which is ensured (achieved) by the existing practice of conducting practical training sessions according to the curriculum. It has been shown that the level of functional and physical preparedness of cadets provides them with obtaining grade assessments in accordance with the regulations of the Provisional Instruction on Physical Training in the Armed Forces, but it is not sufficient for the successful passing tests at the time of selection to the SOF units. The weakest indicator of candidates is the low level of general and strength endurance. It has been determined that high level of physical preparedness of military personnel of the SOF units, and especially general and force endurance, promotes the improvement of professional components of resistance to the influence of conditions of combat activity, development of general and neuro-psychic endurance, ability to withstand the physical and nervous-psychic loads of modern combat. It has been established that physical training classes are an effective means for forming the psychophysical readiness of the military servicemen of the SOF units to professional activities. Based on the conducted researches, taking into consideration the analysis of literary and scientific sources, the program of physical training of students was substantiated in order to successfully overcome the two stages of selection for the SOF units. The author's program was formed in three stages. At the first stage of the program, attention was focused on the development of aerobic capacity, along with the improvement of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of cadets. At the second stage, the workload was increased, due to the implementation of aerobic character exercises in a wide range of speeds and the use of exercises with encumbrances. At the third stage, the amount of training volumes was increased due to the use of intensive exercises, which are performed by methods of interval and repeated work with the inclusion of components of special endurance. Testing the effectiveness of the author's program of physical training during the formative experiment showed that the rates of the students of the experimental group significantly exceed the rates of the students of the control group with physical fitness (p <0,05), physical development and functional status (p <0,05-0,01), and also revealed that neuro-emotional and physical activity significantly affects the level of psychological readiness and psychomotorism of CG students (p <0,05-0,001) and, to a lesser extent, on the indicators of cadets of EG (p>0,05).
