Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the motivation for physical education of students of pedagogical specialties by changing the organizational and methodological conditions of physical training of second year-students in the direction of developing skills of independent management and control of their physical and functional condition. An analytical review has established that the current conditions of the educational process of the university put the student in the situation of choice of priorities. The problem of low dynamic activities of the students lies in the lack of time for this type of activity and in the absence of motivation for exercises. The main reason is that institutions of higher education are more focused on the education of students with knowledge and the whole process pursues this goal. The forms of leisure offered by the university do not find support among students. Driving and sporting activities among students of 2-3-year courses received insignificant rank positions. They are inferior to passive forms. Priority is given to dynamic sport and sports activities only for students of the 4th year. On the basis of analysis of the physical condition and the psychological state of the students, accessible, informative indicators that carry not only objective information about physical conditions but also increase motivation for exercises, among which: physical development, indicators of physical fitness and physical well-being, look. An important aspect in the physical education of students of the second year of study was the direction of "physical training" subject on the students' own self-control. The effectiveness of the developed "Letter of self-control of the students physical state", based on the theory of reflection, is scientifically substantiated. The theory of reflection for the subject "physical training", limited by years and teaching hours, becomes an important principle of functioning in the new educational environment of high school. The basis for the development of human constant self-control and self-regulation is self-knowledge, which has a direct relation to reflection, as a mechanism of self-control development. It is proved that the implementation of self-control letters contributes to: improving physical health and physical fitness, changes in motivation for physical training classes ("getting advice for independent physical exercise") has become the dominant motive for 63.3% of boys and 56.7% of girls ), to develop an understanding of the significance of physical education in their further life, adequate perception of their own physical abilities, the motivation to achieve harmonious athletic development for boys and physical self-improvement in weight correction body for girls. The further development of the theory of physical state was evident for those, who do physical exercises by means of determining the importance and context of self-control for forecasting physical activities goal achievement.
