Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and justification of technology of correction of motor disorders of children with spastic forms of CP in the process of physical education. The purpose of the study is to substantiate scientifically and develop technology for the correction of motor disorders of children of primary school age with spastic forms of cerebral palsy by means of physical education to master vital motor skills. The object of the study is physical education of children of primary school age with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. The subject of the research is the technology of correction of motor disorders of children of primary school age with spastic forms of cerebral palsy in the process of physical education. The theoretical analysis of the literature showed that cerebral palsy is one of the most disabling diseases of the nervous system of children, and the low gestation period remains the main "supplier" of neurological pathology in childhood, which led to an increase of patients with spastic forms, which in turn lead to persistent violations of pathological poses, installations, there is a violation of mastering the skills of movement, the formation of motor deficit and others. An important condition for the successful implementation of physical education of children of primary school age with spastic forms of CP is a scientifically based differentiated approach, which involves the separation of children according to the form of CP, and the level of motor disorders for the classification of GMFCS as well. It was found that children with spastic diplegia in accordance of functionality were divided into 3 groups: the first level of motor development had 13 children; second level - 21 children; the third level - 12 children. Children with spastic hemiparesis were divided into 2 groups: the first level - 12 children; the second level - 10 children. In the thesis for the first time the technology of correction of motor disorders of children of primary school age with spastic forms of CP is developed. The structural components of which are the purpose, objectives, principles, methods and means, as well as the stages of its practical implementation and performance criteria. This technology was implemented in three stages: preparatory, basic, supporting and included 5 blocks of exercise: relaxational, strengthening, coordinating, game and motor. The content of each block was built depending on the form of cerebral palsy, the possibility of movement and the identified motor disorders. The results obtained during the formative experiment confirm the effectiveness of the developed technology of correction of motor disorders and provide justification to recommend it in practice when working with children with spastic forms of CP.
