Essay

The dissertation has made a crucial contribution pertinent to the relevant issue concerning the methodical asset in the physical training system of cadets in higher military educational institutions, considering the anticipated responsibility of conducting the physical training for subordinate personnel. The competence of the officers depends directly on the quality of the professional knowledge having been obtained at the military school, therefore the cadets - the future officers - develop methodical skills by delivering trainings on various military disciplines, including physical training. The analysis of the results of the final exams on physical training at the military academy demonstrated that only 58% of the graduates were methodically proficient. According to the outcomes of the noteworthy experiment as well as the analysis of literary and scientific resourcess, we have substantiated the program to enhance the methodical proficiency of the cadets in the higher military educational establishments, which is comprised of four stages. Each stage corresponds an academic year in the military school in obedience to the requirements of the syllabus along with the professional training of the future commanders. Implementation of the author's program resulted in an improvement of the methodical skills of the cadets who had taken part in the moulding experiment as a tested group. Overwhelming majority of the group demonstrated a high degree of the methodical competence (63,3%). The positive dynamics of methodical proficiency up to 0,3 points (p> 0,05) was observed in the cadets of the monitored group, while obtaining education in the army academy. At the end of the experiment, the diversity in the methodical skills amidst the graduates of the tested group was 1 point, in contrast to the initial level (p <0,001). There is evidence that the trainings due to the author's innovative program have positively impacted the psychophysical willingness of the cadets. During the experiment, the level of personal anxiety of the tested group has significantly decreased by 34.8 points (P <0.001) inclusive of reactive anxiety - 19.3 points (p <0.001). Inasmuch as the neuropsychic stability of the experimental group has considerably enhanced (p <0,05), consequently, the breakdown in the course of the combat mission is unlikely to occur. The study has substantiated the excellent rates of the tested group on military-applied disciplines by virtue of the program. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, there is an appreciable divergence between the results of the monitored group 3,96±0,38 and the experimental one 4,24±0,34 points (p<0,05), that was not observed at the initial phase of the moulding experiment (p>0,05). The research outcomes have encouraged more efficient development as well as arrangement of the methodical component on the discipline "Physical education and special physical training" for the cadets of higher military educational institutions.
