The thesis is devoted to conceptualization of the influence of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education under the conditions of globalization. The influence of information and communication potential on the development of humanitarian education under the conditions of globalization is considered on the basis of complex, systemic, social and axiological, informational, synergetic methods and approaches; epistemological dimensions of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education are revealed; the concept of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education is analyzed; the methodology of research of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education is determined. The place and role of cultural markers of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education under the conditions of globalization are researched; the essence of virtualization as a new form of ideological culture and interaction in the network space is revealed; the concept of information and communication potential influence on the development of humanitarian education under the conditions of globalization is formed. The directions of the information and communication potential influence improvement on the development of humanitarian education under the conditions of information society and globalization have been developed; the multidimensional nature of universals of the information and communication potential of humanitarian education is substantiated; the directions of the information and communication potential influence improvement on the development of humanitarian education in the information society and globalization are determined
